ChatGPT is capable of passing law school and business school exams.

What is ChatGPT.

ChatGPT is a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that has taken the IT world by storm. And we're not done talking about it or discovering what it's capable of. The most recent ChatGPT accomplishments include passing law and business school examinations. Although ChatGPT is still an ordinary student with much to learn before becoming a straight-A student, this is clearly a remarkable advancement.

Not only that, but Google's founders have returned to assist with these initiatives, as ChatGPT might pose a significant threat to Google Search. Notably, Google is already showcasing its own AI solutions, such as the new Google AI that can make music from text. However, Google's bread and butter is internet search. That is how it generates billions of dollars from advertisements.

ChatGPT is not a trustworthy Google Search alternative at the moment, just as it is not an A student. However, the AI tool is improving.

ChatGPT was evaluated on tests from four different courses by professors at the University of Minnesota Law School. The bot was required to answer 95 multiple-choice questions and 12 essay questions. ChatGPT performed at the level of a C+ student on average. It received a "poor but passable mark in all four classes," according to the academics' findings in a paper titled ChatGPT Goes to Law School.

Similarly, Wharton educators put ChatGPT to the test with a business management course exam. The chatbot performed better on this exam, earning a B.

Christian Terwiesch, a Wharton business professor, claimed ChatGPT performed a "excellent job" dealing with basic operations management and process-analysis concerns. However, it struggled with more complicated ones and made unexpected math errors. Wharton published a paper on the experiment: Would Chat GPT3 Receive an MBA from Wharton?

ChatGPT's appearance prompted several schools to prohibit the chatbot. According to CNN, it is already prohibited in public schools in New York City and Seattle. ChatGPT cannot be used on school networks or devices by students or instructors.

The concern is that ChatGPT would provide students with new tools to cheat on tests and papers. The results of the law and business school tests reveal that ChatGPT has what it takes to pass exams with average or superior scores.

However, the chatbot might be useful to pupils outside of examinations as well. "ChatGPT failed with the most traditional components of law school examinations, such as identifying possible legal difficulties and conducting in-depth analysis of legal principles to the details of a case," CNN's Jon Choi reported. "However, ChatGPT may be quite useful in creating a first draft that a student may later polish."

Choi is a University of Minnesota professor. He also said that in the future of law, human-AI collaboration might become the norm. It should be noted that ChatGPT can already create legislation.

Terwiesch told CNN that the chatbot was "remarkably competent" at changing its responses in response to human cues. This implies that ChatGPT might help humans in a variety of ways more than merely during tests. Bans, according to the professor, are required to ensure that students cannot access the bot during examinations. Terwiesch, on the other hand, admitted that ChatGPT had a future position in the classroom.
